My goal for the next five days is to drink one gallon of liquid each day. This can include coffee, crystal light drinks, water. At least 64 ounces of it has to be water.
I know from the last few years that staying hydrated is extremely important in diabetes management.
So, last night before bed, I filled up this water jug with water. I will use this for my water, coffee, etc., throughout the day. Every night before I go to sleep, I’ll fill it up again.
