I didn’t eat until 2 pm again today. I’m really liking this way of eating. I feel better when I eat this way. One of these days i’ll have to weigh myself and see if this is making a big difference. I had the left over chicken lasagna from the other day and veggies from last night.

dinner
Y’all, I don’t usually brag about what I cook, but this dinner was phenomenal! I put the chuck roast in the crockpot this morning after seasoning and searing with the garlic, salt, and pepper from Kinders. I added a cup of the package of Lipton onion soup mix and water. Then I cooked it for 9 hours on low. Then I made some cauliflower rice; I love the frozen from Costco, so I used that. I added some cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, and parmesan. It came out heavy, just like risotto, and was exactly what I wanted.

I mean, come on, look at that reading! It’s gotten so much better just in the last couple of days! I feel like whatever I’m doing is working.

goal
I met my water goal today, although it was a little more challenging. I saved too much of it for later in the day. I wish that I had drank more consistently throughout the day.
gratitude
I’m deeply grateful that all of my family is safe on the gulf coast. Hurricane Sally took a turn closer to my family, but they all are safe and sound. I am praying and thinking about all the souls that are struggling this evening.
